Collaborative Just Culture® and Collaborative High Reliability® Course

For those who have partially completed the 2023 Edition, full transfer credit to the new L3 course will be provided upon request.
This expert level course will prepare leaders, reliability team members, quality, safety, risk and HR professionals, and those working in Triad roles to become operationally proficient in the principles and methods of Collaborative Just Culture® and Collaborative High Reliability®.
This course is divided into four topical sections:
- Principles of Reliability (46 modules | 2 hours 23 minutes)
- Performance vs. Behaviors (8 modules | 26 minutes)
- Using the Reliability Response Guide | Level 3 Edition (38 modules | 2 hours 47 minutes)
- Essential Supervisor Skills (7 modules | 30 minutes)
Upon course completion you will earn a Certificate of Completion for 6.5 accredited Contact Hours of continuing education. Additional Contact Hours will be awarded for attending Live Learning Sessions (subject to availability).
