Collaborative Just Culture® and Collaborative High Reliability® Course
Proficiency Level 3
This expert level course will prepare leaders, reliability team members, quality, safety, risk and HR professionals, and those working in Triad roles, to become operationally proficient in the principles and methods of Collaborative Just Culture® and Collaborative High Reliability®.
This course is divided into four topical sections, each with a deep review session that will reinforce learning:
- Principles of Reliability (48 modules | 2 hours 53 minutes)
- Performance vs. Behaviors (10 modules | 48 minutes)
- Using the Reliability Response Guide | Level 3 Edition (42 modules | 3 hours 53 minutes)
- Essential Supervisor Skills (8 modules | 38 minutes)
Upon course completion you will earn a Certificate of Completion for 9.0 accredited Contact Hours of continuing education. Additional Contact Hours will be awarded for attending Live Learning Sessions (subject to availability).
