End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using the SG Collaborative Solutions Learning Management System (“LMS” or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
License Grant
Upon purchase, the Platform grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal, educational use.
Restrictions on Use
To protect the integrity of our content, you agree that you will not:
- Share your login credentials with any other individual or entity.
- Download, record, or rip video or audio content unless a “Download” button is explicitly provided for that specific file.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of the course materials, including materials you are allowed to download.
- Host “watch parties” or stream the content to a group without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content—including videos, text, graphics, and worksheets—is the exclusive property of SG Collaborative Solutions, LLC. Your purchase is for access, not ownership.
Zero Tolerance Sharing Policy
Important: Sharing course content or login access without express written permission is a material breach of this End User License Agreement. If we detect unauthorized sharing, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access without a refund, and to seek statutory damages for copyright infringement where applicable.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated by you or the Platform. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Limitation of Liability
The training is provided “as-is.” While we strive for excellence, the Platform is not liable for any specific outcomes or technical interruptions beyond our control.
