Collaborative High Reliability® Courses
TFHS physicians, clinicians, paramedics and team members are invited to register for courses in Collaborative High Reliability using the form below. Listed below are group registration codes for team members, leaders and Reliability Management Team (RMT) members. Please enter the group code that applies to your organizational role into the form below, along with your name, work email address and a password of your choice. The group registration code you use will automatically enroll you in the course(s) you have been assigned.
If you have already registered and wish to join a different group, make sure you are logged in, then submit the desired group code in the form box under Join A Group at the bottom of this page.
