This short reliability orientation course presents a non-clinical case, and is appropriate for anyone in a non-clinical role who manages people, processes or programs.
This course is part of the High Reliability Foundations track and is designed for new front-line employees. It has no set curriculum and consists of five short videos covering the primary aspects of Collaborative High Reliability. No CEUs are awarded. The primary goal of this course is to orient front-line, non-management staff to the major concepts that are associated with Collaborative High Reliability and the Sequence of Reliability.
